James Comino

Senior Director

James lives and breathes property, having worked in the industry since university 20 years ago, and has loved every minute of it. James has worked on various assets and new developments from premium grade Riparian Plaza in the ‘Golden Triangle’ to 100 Skyring Terrace Gasworks for Charter Hall and everything in between. He specifically enjoys solving problems and helping landlords reposition their buildings for leasing success. Most mornings you’ll find James having a coffee in 300 Queen’s new cafe; make sure to say hello if you pass by.

Rob Klug

Senior Director

Rob has been working in the property industry for over 20 years, starting his career with a major institutional property agency in London. When he returned from London he joined Coles Supermarkets as their State Manager of Property for Queensland, spending 7 years working on all leasehold and freehold sites covering Supermarket, Liquor and Fuel opportunities. In 2014, Rob left Coles to start his career in development and has undertaken numerous projects of differing sizes across Queensland. His developments have covered the fuel station, fast food, childcare, self-storage, retail and industrial sectors. Rob has a deep understanding and passion for development with a specific focus on retail opportunities. Fun fact: Rob's dream gig? Being a sports commentator.
