Taking over a lacklustre leasing campaign without any tenant commitment, Patona repositioned the asset narrative with best in-market built form to showcase a post-COVID workspace design, and aligning it’s quality and finishes with market expectations and the landlord’s aspirational rent level.

Upon our appointment we established an improved rent level. Emboldened by our progress and transactional volume, rents were gradually increased - now up to $825/sqm.
