Previously occupied by WeWork, Patona Property has secured a new tenant - national serviced office and co-working group Workspace365 - who has committed to four levels of A Grade commercial space. ⁠

Given the turbulence in the WeWork business, Patona collaborated with the landlord to identify and secure a replacement tenant on lease terms that would improve the building’s cashflow and capital value position.

Deal Highlights:

– 4,100 sqm NLA

– ~$3.6 million annual rent.
